Booking terms

Your booking

• A booking holds a house of the type you choose for 336 hours, or the time shown when you book. If the next step is not completed in time, the hold ends and the house is offered to others.
• You may have only one active booking per national ID.
• The price shown when you book is fixed for your booking.

Payments

No money is paid through this website. We will never ask you to pay to a personal phone number or account. Pay your deposit only as instructed in writing through the official project channels or your bank.

Mortgage

Mortgage decisions are made by the partner bank you choose. We send your application and record the bank's decision; qualifying is not guaranteed.

Allocation and offer letter

A booking is not yet a specific house. Houses are allocated in the order in which deposits are confirmed, and an allocation is final only when it is approved and your offer letter is issued.

Your information

• The details you give must be true and complete. A booking made with false information may be cancelled.
• We use your data as described in the privacy notice.

Cancelling

You may cancel your booking before your deposit is confirmed. Refunds of deposits are handled by the project under its refund policy, not through this website.

Messages

We send SMS and email messages about your booking, your mortgage application and your offer letter to the phone and email you give us.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your booking is the one you accepted when you booked.
